The harvest was picked by hand during the first fortnight of October.
Wine was produced in 20 000 liters thermoregulated deposits. Light crushing and cold maceration were carried out for seven days at a controlled temperature of 10ºC, followed by an alcoholic fermentation with a controlled temperature of 26ºC for 7 days.
Aged in American oak cask for 24 months.
